Do Compliance Center’s online data protection training courses replace the obligation to appoint a data protection officer?
No. Our training modules on data privacy primarily serve to raise awareness among your employees and cannot replace the appointment of a data privacy officer. Can Compliance Center demonstrate compliance with GDPR?
Yes. Compliance Center is a product of WS Datenschutz GmbH. As a company specializing in GDPR Consulting, we have of course taken extensive data protection measures, keep them continuously up to date, and can provide evidence of them at any time. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Is it necessary to conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) according to Art. 28 GDPR to be able to use Compliance Center?
Yes. Since online training for your employees is data processing on behalf by us, this step is mandatory. You will receive your DPA directly as an attachment to our service level agreement or quote. You can request a quote via this link.
What does the purchase of a license entitle to?
By purchasing a license, you allow one person access to all of our online training courses.
Will there be any additional costs if I purchase a license?
No, there are no additional costs for you beyond the license price when you use the wide range of Compliance Center services.
Can I bring my own documents (for example, my own IT security concept) into the training sessions and digitally and verifiably commit my employees to compliance?
