Can our employees contact you with content and technical questions?
Yes, our support team will be happy to assist your employees with content-related as well as technical questions.
How often can participants retake the multiple-choice test after going through a training?
The multiple-choice test can be repeated as often as you like.
Can I retrain my employees as many times as I want with the license I purchased once?
No, retraining required by supervisory authorities requires the purchase of a new license.
How much does a license cost?
One license costs 19,90 EUR. From 100 licenses, the single price is reduced to 16.90 EUR. Please contact us, if you wish to have a quote for 300 licenses or more. Since our licenses are designed as flat rate licenses, one license entitles one person to take advantage of our entire range of online training courses for the duration of one year.
Are the license fees payable once or monthly?
You can pay the license fees either by a one-time payment – for which we grant you a discount of 10%; alternatively, of course, a monthly payment by direct debit is also possible.
Do I need to purchase a license for each individual online training per person?
No. With the purchase of a license, our entire range of online training courses is open to a person.
How do you protect the personal data of our employees?
Compliance Center is a product of WS Datenschutz GmbH. As a company specializing in GDPR consulting, we have of course taken extensive data protection measures, keep them continuously up to date and can provide evidence of them at any time. Please feel free to contact us about this.
Are all of Compliance Center’s service partners who ensure the operation of the platform certified according to common security standards?
Yes, all the service providers we use for hosting, emailing, etc. are certified to strict standards (e.g. ISO27001, SOC II and III).
Does the transmission of my employees‘ credentials take place in an encrypted way?
Yes. Your employees‘ data is transmitted exclusively via encrypted transport protocols (HTTPS protocol, 256-bit encryption) and thus complies with the state of the art defined by the German Federal Office for Information Security.
